The Christian Leadership College faculty includes full-time and adjunct instructors who have expertise in the disciplines in which they teach. Many hold Ph.D.s or other advanced degrees as well as have ministry and leadership experience.

Bryan Clark

Bryan Clark, D.Min. (Denver Seminary) is President of the Christian Leadership College and teaches in the areas of homiletics and church leadership. Bryan is the Senior Pastor of Lincoln Berean Church and formerly served as pastor of Broken Bow Berean Church.

Mark D. Mathewson

Mark D. Mathewson, Ph.D. (University of Nebraska-Lincoln) is Academic Dean of the Christian Leadership College and teaches in the areas of philosophy, theology, and biblical studies. Mark previously taught at Montana Bible College, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Nebraska Wesleyan University and Creighton University.

Ken Roeloffs

Ken Roeloffs, M.Div. (Sioux Falls Seminary) is Dean of Students and directs the Christian Leadership College's mentoring program. Ken is Pastor of Families with Elementary Children at Lincoln Berean Church and previously served as Associate Pastor at Grace Community Church in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Mark Kremer

Mark Kremer, B.A. (Northwestern College) is Director of the Marketplace Leadership Track and teaches in the area of Christian leadership. Mark is a Directional Pastor at Lincoln Berean Church and has previously served as a pastor at Grace Church in Edina, Minnesota.

Dan Moeller, M.Div. (Talbot School of Theology) serves as Director of Training and teaches in the area of theology at the CLC. Dan is the Children's Pastor at Lincoln Berean Church and previously served as Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church in Gothenburg, Nebraska.

Brad Brestel, J.D. (University of Nebraska-Lincoln) teaches in the area of financial stewardship. Brad is Personal Stewardship Pastor at Lincoln Berean Church and previously worked in the insurance and securities field as well as estate planning.

Doug Erlandson

Doug Erlandson, Ph.D. (Johns Hopkins University) teaches in the areas of church history and theology. Doug has previously taught at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Grace University, and Southeast Community College. In addition, Doug pastored churches in South Dakota and Ohio.

Gary Jones, D.Min. (Denver Seminary) teaches in the area of Biblical counseling. Gary is the Pastor of Counseling Resources at Lincoln Berean Church and previously served as a marriage and family therapist.

Stephen Vantassel, Ph.D. (Trinity Theological Seminary) teaches in the area of Old Testament studies. Stephen is co-editor of Evangelical Review for Society and Politics and has previously taught courses at several colleges.

Amy Schmitt serves as the Director of Marketing and Student Services. Her duties include marketing, student recruiting and administrative needs of the CLC.

Fred & Cathy Schlegel serve the CLC as Student Housing Coordinators. They oversee the process from selection of hosts to placement of students in their host homes.
